Losing a fight isn't losing the war. An orderly retreat keeps the party and half the take — far cheaper than a wipe.

Found: It's on the tin and nobody uses it: 48-hour stats show 4% of players ever retreated on purpose.

Enemies dump their reaction shot on the "retreating" unit while the main line sets up. Day one's cleverest find.

Found: @bait_master_9's original post title is the whole tutorial — "Bait with your Cleric, apologize, win the fight."

Making them run is faster than killing them all. The speedrun's hidden engine — routing preserves the base loot table.
